If I ask you how does your day start most of you will include a cup of coffee in the description. Millions and millions of people drink it every day. If you go to any place where they sell water there should be coffee as well. It has become so essential for us that it is safe to say that coffee is a very important part of our life.

Moderation

You should drink coffee with moderation. One or two cups of coffee per day is normal but don’t think that drinking a few pots won’t affect you.
A list with the most common negative effect that coffee has:

  • Too much coffee will cause stress.
  • Elevates your blood pressure and speeds up your heart rate.
  • It’s not good for your stomach. Try eating something before drinking coffee.
  • Creates stains on your teeth. You know how unappealing that is. But don’t worry your dentist can deal with it.
  • Bad breath. Always chew a gum after drinking coffee.
  • Creates risk for heart diseases.
  • Sterility

Does coffee have any positive effect on me?

Due to the fact that coffee contains boron it actually cures prostate cancer! Isn’t that enough for you?
