Eat healthy food
Eating unhealthy food is risky. Everyone should watch what he is eating no matter if he is a bodybuilder or an ordinary human being!
Nowadays, people tend to eat a lot of food that causes health problems. Due to the fact that we don’t have enough time to eat properly we buy the so called “junk” food which can be more threatening than we suppose. It’s a disturbing fact that 50% of all men around the globe die due to heart diseases which are caused buy eating unhealthy food. It doesn’t matter if you are a bodybuilder or not, everyone should be aware of what he is putting on his diet!
Here is a list of tips on which food to avoid!
- Solid oils. They are extremely harmful, replace them with lard!
I suppose you have heard of the solid oils- Crisco and others. People use them for making the crust of pies for example. Replace it with lard! Most people prefer solid fats due to the fact that they have long shelf life but don’t worry, lards have extremely long shelf life as well!
Lanchables are full with salt and fat! You should try to completely avoid them!
White rice is not recommended to eat. Instead you can replace it with brown rice which is much healthier. To get accustomed to it you can mix white with brown rice!
- Canned soups. They are abundant on salt!
Canned soups are full with salt which has negative effect on your heart. It’s a good trick to look for canned soups that are low on salt or buy them from a deli where they should be low on salt.
Unfortunately sugar is almost everywhere! In our food and even most of our beverages! Try to avoid eating sugar at all. It is very unfriendly to the heart because it is a building block for cholesterol.
It is extremely rich on both fat and salt so once again try to always avoid it!
It is told that deep fried foods have changed DNA which you might doubt, but you can’t doubt the fact that deep fried foods cause cancer!
Due to all the processes it has gone through it is not as healthy as whole wheat flour. The refined flour is poor on essential nutrients.
Such food is loaded with both butter and salt witch is more than unhealthy.
