We eat what looks tasty!








It is said that people eat with their eyes. And it sounds like a truth. If you think about it you will see that we don’t usually eat dishes which do not look tempting! It’s the same with everything else! Would you ask a woman for her number if she is not attractive? Or would you spend money on a car or a house which is not beautiful? In most cases the answer is no! And this is why the chef adds arrangements to your meal, so it looks more tempting.

How to make our diet meals tastier?

It is considered that when people are on special diet they do not make efforts to make the food look better! And this is the problem! Moreover, people tend to avoid using spices! And that is why most human beings do not enjoy their meal when they are on diet! You should use as many vegetables and spices as possible !

What should I do?

Next time you go to the supermarket make sure that you buy all kinds of vegetables. Pay extreme attention to the colors and make sure that your meal is full with different colors. Load your kitchen with loads of spices and herbs. What smells good, tastes good!

Fresher is better!

Pay attention to the smell. Try to use fresh products and don’t overcook your food. For example when you are cooking your vegetables stop before they start to look mush.

Arrangement.

Try to position your food on the entire surface of the plate. Mix it up. And remember that if you eat food which have pleasant aroma you will feel less hungry!

Liquids.

Some people prefer drinking beverages after they are done eating! However, it is recommended that you drink liquids while you eat. If you don’t drink liquids while you eat it will take more food to fill you up. Liquids also help digestion.

Try new foods.

It is crucial to understand that when you start a diet you have to experiment with new food and flavors. You must find good substitutes for the foods that were on your diet before.
